This Refractor Test Card is printed front and back. On one side is a Reduced Snellen Eye Chart and on the other, a Vertical Letter Acuity Chart. The OS-3588 Refractor Test Card is designed to be cliped to a refractor or phoroptor Card Holder / Reading Rod mechanism for near point acuity testing. Western Optical Refractor Test Cards measure 4.5" wide x 5.25" high and are printed on heavy matte white card. Also available laminated in plastic (OS-3588L).
