Number Eye Chart 10' Distance

Western's 10' Distance Number Eye Chart, for visual acuity testing from 20/200 to 20/15, is made on non-reflecting, matte finish cardboard and has a brass eyelet for wall mounting. This classic visual acuity chart measures 11" wide by 24" high. Numbers are designed to be read at a standard testing distance of 10 feet. The Red bar which is printed on this eye chart serves as a reference point during testing but also hints as to a patient's color perception.
