This Refractor Test Card is printed on one side with a Horizontal Letter Eye Chart and on the other with a Cross Cylinder Check Grid. The OS-3589 Refractor Test Card is designed to be cliped to a refractor or phoroptor Card Holder / Reading Rod mechanism for near point acuity testing. Western Optical Refractor Test Cards measure 4.5" x 5.25" and printed on heavy matte white card. This card is also available laminated in plastic (OS-3589L).
