Ocular's Goldmann Type fundus Lens provides clear visualization of the posterior pole. A 100 micron laser spot size setting yields a 108 micron spot on the retina. Using the NMR-K (Kapetansky) style contact surface design, direct examination and laser treatment of the posterior pole can be performed without methylcellulose. The Ocular Fundus Lens has a convex anterior surface which provides greater axial magnification than a flat lens. A 100 micron laser spot size setting with OGFA-2 yields a 102 micron spot on the retina.
