Replacement Forehead Rest or Headband for (new style) late model Haag-Streit 900 Slit Lamps. This genuine Haag-Streit replacement part 0140.0102 is supplied in a rigid preformed curve shape to fit newer Haag-Streit 900 slit lamp Head-Rest/Chin Rest Assemblies. This Forehead Rest attaches with four screws and is easier to install than traditional head band replacement. Please Note: It is also a bit deeper, so the patient's forehead will rest closer to the operator.
