Reichert ClearChart® 3P Polarized Digital Acuity System
Reichert ClearChart 3P provides you with an extensive variety of optotypes, which can be easily accessed with the infrared remote control (included), or through the Reichert Phoroptor VRx, Automated Refraction System controller. The Clear Chart 3P is also accessable through Reichert Auto Phoroptor RS, Visutron 900+, or Visutron 900 Touch. Optotypes can be randomized, increased, or decreased in size through either interface.

The Reichert ClearChart3P offers the same features and employs the same reliable operating system as the ClearChart2, but with a larger 24”(1920x1080 Pixel) backlit LED screen, as well as fusion, stereopsis and other special test charts.

Because the Reichert ClearChart 3P is used in different parts of the world with specific acuity notations and optotype size progression requirements, it is available with 3 different remote controls:

Click to ClearChart3P Remote Control Options
  • 13780SE Standard Progression and Snellen Notation (US standard)
  • 13780AG LogMAR Progression and Decimal Notation (Acuity Grade per ISO standard)
  • 13780DL Linear Decimal Progression and Decimal Notation

Installation is easy. To set up the Clear Chart 3P for a single mirror system, simply use the arrow keys on the remote to enter the distance from patient to mirror and ClearChart to mirror. Letters are perfectly sized, automatically. Direct throw is even easier.
