Economy Schematic Eye

The Economy Schematic Eye is a valuable instrument for practice retinoscopy. The focal length of this training eye can be adjusted from +4 to –6 to simulate different refractive errors. Hypermetropia is simulated with the training eye set to plus powers while myopia is simulated with minus powers. The Economy Schematic Training Eye holds two trial lenses lenses, which can be used in conjuction with its internal lens to further simulate different eye types such as cylinders to simulate astigmatism. An axis scale helps you position your trial lenses. If a simple red reflex is all you require as a student, than the Economy Schematic Eye makes training to retinoscope much easier!
