Near Point Card Holder for American Optical (AO)/Reichert Phoroptor. The Nearpoint Card holder secures the Rotochart to the Reading Rod, allowing it to slide back and forth with detent click stops at each reading distance. The Card Holder also swivels in the same manner, so that the charts on the other side can be read. The Near Point Card Holder comes standard with any new Reichert Phoroptor.
