Western Optical's new high performance binocular visor type loupe comes with all accessories, including a set of lens plates providing four different magnifications, lens box, and cleaning cloth. Lens plates snap in to place easily, and tilt inward for pantoscopic adjustment. In addition, the entire visor tilts up. This visor type Binocular Magnifying Loupe has a simple push-button head band adjustment. Acrylic resin lenses, and well engineered ABS body design result in a very solid, light weight instrument. Illumination is produced by three white LEDs which have a 50,000 hour expected life, and power is provided by three standard AAA batteries (not included). This combination produces 40-50 hours of "On-Time" under continuous use. The entire illumination unit pops-out when not needed to enhance magnification, and can be used independently for other lighting needs.
